HIT 180 Fitness is part of MyBody Fitness in Northfield MyBody Fitness is located at 193 Northfield Road Northfield, IL 60093. It is 3 blocks west of the Edens Expressway Willow Road Exit and about two blocks south of Willow and Northfield. The gym is located about 5 warehouses down behind the Mariano’s on Willow and Northfield Rd. There will be a small red and white sign that reads Mybody Complex and parking is in the back of the warehouse.

We work with you to develop a personalized workout plan and diet to deliver results. We also offer one-on-one training for kids and adults as well as group fitness, boxing training, and sport-specific training. We even make house calls and can schedule in-home training for added comfort and convenience.

We offer flexible locations for personal trainers and their clients to exercise, ensuring a positive, supportive atmosphere that is free of judgment or intimidation. When you exercise with us, you’re in good company.

You will take advantage and use a variety of equipment throughout the entire gym--you are not confined to a studio room and the tasks are always different. All the instructors are energetic, incredibly kind, and friendly; they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and included and push you along the way during the class. The workouts are pretty challenging, and you never do the same thing twice. Also, the music is always a blast.
